Selections Introduction

Selections are the values displayed in the drop-down lists used throughout VisiumKMS. To set up selections, go to Administration>Selections on the Menu Bar.

Selections are broken down into the following categories:

General

Selections that are used in more than one module of VisiumKMS.

Investigator Libraries

Selections used only in Investigator and associated to either an Incident or an Investigation.

Resolution Tracker Library

Selections used only Resolution Tracker.

Risk Assessor

Selections used only by Risk Assessor.

Risk Matrix

Selections used to create a risk matrix.

Auditor

Selections used by the Auditor module.

Recurring Activities

Selections used by the Recurring Activities module.

Warning

Selections can no longer be deleted. Instead the user can make a selection inactive by un-checking the Active check box above the edit grid.
