Investigator Libraries

The Investigator Libraries, in the Administration Module, can only be accessed by a user with the appropriate permissions.

The Libraries are used to populate the drop-down lists used throughout Investigator, and must be set up prior to entering Incident Investigations.

To access the Investigator Libraries, select Administration>Selections on the Page Menu on the left side of the screen.

Investigator Libraries include the following Selections:

• Incident Types
• Investigation Root Causes
• Environment Damage
• Chemicals
• Incident Severity
• Investigation Methodology
• Operating Phase
