📄️ Accessing Resolution Tracker
The Resolution Tracker module is accessed by opening the VISIUM KMS URL. This URL will open the login page or go directly to the Switchboard if NT Authentication is used.
📄️ Action and Post Startup Action
The Action Icon is activated once the Approval (Review) process is completed and the status of the MOC/REC is promoted to ‘Change Request Approved” or “Recommendation Approved”. Once a User clicks on the Action Screen for that MOC/REC the status changes to “In Progress”. Action Items are assigned to the MOC/REC while in the Implementation stage. To assign the Action Items, click on the Action Icon to access the Action Window.
📄️ Approval
The Approval page is where the reviewers indicate their approval to implement the proposed change.
📄️ Change Location of Tracker Record
There may be times that a user inadvertently creates a record at the wrong location. With proper permissions a user with the token ChangeRecordLocation can move a record in Resolution Tracker to a different location from where it was initiated. This option is available until an Approval is given. After approval, the option to move the location of the record is no longer visible. To move a record after approval, the Approval step must be reopened. Any checklist, action data, and approval data associated with the original location is lost due to changing of default configuration and security.
📄️ Closure Items
Closure Comments can be added to the MOC/REC after implementation. All Users with permission that are assigned to the Location can enter Closure Comments. Comments entered become a permanent part of the MOC/REC record and are printed on the Detailed Report.
📄️ Detailed Report
To view a document of all the details surrounding an incident, click View Detail Report under the Record Options located on the left. The evaluation and PSSR checklist questions will only display the parent questions and child questions will be displayed when answered. This report will only give you the information that has been entered into the record. If no information was entered, that section will not be displayed in the report.
📄️ Emergency MOC
There may be times when it is necessary to make a change in an emergency situation. VisiumKMS allows you to document this change, overriding the need for the Unit Supervisor acceptance.
📄️ Evaluation Checklist
Users with the permissions will create the templates and checklist items in the Administration Module.
📄️ Create MOC/REC Proposal
When creating an MOC/REC the user is taken through a set of screens which are not represented on the workflow but will result in data on the Proposal step. The steps below show how to get data into the system as a MOC/REC.
📄️ PSSR (MOC Only)
PSSR Checklist Items are also assigned to the MOC in the Administration Modules>Checklists>PSSR. To assign the PSSR Items to the MOC, click on the PSSR in the Workflow.
📄️ Upload Tool
The Recommendation Upload Tool allows the user to upload recommendations which may have been entered in programs other than KMS. The user must have the associated permissions assigned to have the capability to perform this function. This tool is for the Standard Recommendation workflow.
📄️ Re-Opening a Tracker Step or Record
There may be times that a user inadvertently complete a step. With proper permissions a user with the token Reopen-Step and Reopen-Approval-Step can uncomplete a step to add a question to an evaluation checklist to a MOC or an action to a Recommendation. The records that can be reopened are a step in the work flow, and a closed record (Completed or Change Request Denied. A Canceled record cannot be reopened.
📄️ Risk Registry
This section shows how the Risk Registry populates based on data for MOCs and RECs.
📄️ Search and Report
This section will discuss the different ways to Search and Report for MOCs and RECs.
📄️ Startup Approval
The final approval prior to startup is assigned to the User with the 'Can-Be-Supervisor' token and will be displayed in My Assignments. The user will click on the link to access the MOC record. The user will then click the Startup Approval in the workflow. It is generated after:
📄️ Temporary MOC
Temporary MOCs can be generated in the MOC Module of Resolution Tracker. The Initiator can choose to create the Temporary MOC at the time of proposal or the Responsible Person or a User with access rights in the Location can make the MOC temporary at any time prior to closure.
📄️ Workflows
The standard work flow is still available but instead of being above the MOC record. It is now to the left.
