Accessing Administration

Accessing Administration Click "Administration" on the VisiumKMS Home page to get to the Administration module. This module is used to configure and customize the modules in VisiumKMS based on the company's environment. In the Administration module the user can:

  • Enter employees into the system
  • Create a Location hierarchy
  • Assign Users to Locations, Roles and Groups
  • Assign Committee Members to Location
  • Edit Titles
  • Create Selections (values that are displayed in lists or drop downs)
  • Create Risk Ranking Matrix
  • Create and Maintain Equipment Library
  • Maintain Libraries for Risk Assessor, Auditor, Investigator
  • Design and modify Smart Checklists
  • Change Responsible Person
  • Access BadgerMail

The user must have proper roles and permissions to access the Administration module.
