Auditor Selections

The Auditor Libraries, in the Administration Module, can only be accessed by a user with the appropriate permissions.

The Libraries are used to populate the drop-down lists used throughout Auditor, and must be set up prior to entering audits in Auditor.

To access the Investigator Libraries, select Administration>Selections on the Page Menu on the left side of the screen.

Auditor Libraries include the following Selections:

Audit Type - this defines the type of audit quality management system, environmental management system, business process, audit review are some of the examples of an audit type.

Protocols and questions - protocols are the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, regulatory compliance and so on.

Finding Summary - this can be either a yes or no. Yes a finding has been discovered. Or it could be Major, Minor, Opportunity for Improvement (OFI), etc.
