Resolution Tracker Libraries
The Resolution Tracker Libraries, which are a part of the Administration Module, can only be accessed by users that have the appropriate permissions.
The Libraries are used to populate the drop-down lists used throughout Resolution Tracker and must be set up prior to entering MOCs, RECs and EMOCs.
To access the Resolution Tracker Libraries, select Administration > Selections on the Page Menu on the left side of the screen.
Resolution Tracker Libraries include the following:
- Source
- Resolution
- Category
- Priority
- Basis
- Suggested Fix
- Emergency Type
Evaluation and PSSR checklists are now called "Checklists" and have their own heading under Administration. Since the Company and Cost Category selections are used in multiple modules, these are now located in the General Libraries.
