Risk Matrix Risk Level

The risk level is the risk tolerance for the risk matrix. The colors that are defined for each risk level will help visualize the different risk. There is no limit in the number of Risk Levels that can be configured for VisiumKMS.

Note

The user needs to have the Admin Group assigned to have the ability to configure frequencies. The Admin Group can only be assigned from the database.

Configure Risk Matrix Risk Level​

To configure the risk level for the risk matrix please do the following:

  1. The user navigates to Administration>Manage Selections.
  2. In the left pane under Risk Matrix, select Risk Level.
  3. Click Add Selection.
  4. A new entry will be added to the list called "New Selection"
  5. Click New Selection. A grid will be displayed.
  6. Click Edit - change the Display Value. The user may also edit other languages.
  7. The user can also add a description of the severity
  8. Click the update button to save changes. The Selection will be updated with the new value.
  9. The check box above the grid will set the new selection to Active when checked. If the box is unchecked, the selection is set as Inactive.
