Risk Matrix Severity Type

Risks in the risk matrix can be associated with different Severity types.

Add/Edit Severity Type​

Note

The user must have the Admin Group assigned to have the ability to configure frequencies. The Admin Group can only be assigned from the database.

To configure the severity type for the risk matrix please do the following:

  1. The user navigates to Administration>Manage Selections.
  2. In the left pane under Risk Matrix, select Severity.
  3. Click Add Selection.
  4. A new entry will be added to the list called "New Selection"
  5. Click New Selection. A grid will be displayed.
  6. Click Edit - change the Display Value. The user may also edit other languages.
  7. The user can also add a description of the severity.
  8. Click the update button to save changes. The Selection will be updated with the new value.
  9. The check box above the grid will set the new selection to Active when checked. If the box is unchecked, the selection is set as Inactive.
