Lessons Learned

The Lessons Learned screen allows the user to record any lessons learned from either the incident or resulting from the investigation.

Adding Lessons Learned​

  1. Click the Lessons Learned tab
  2. Enter a Name for a lesson learned something short and descriptive
  3. Type a detailed description that would be easily understood by someone not involved in the investigation
  4. Click Add The Lesson Name and Lesson Description will be displayed in the grid below.

Editing Lesson Learned​

The user can modify or review the lesson learned by using the Edit functionality.

  1. Click the Edit button located to the right of the Lesson Description in the grid. The Name and Description data will be displayed. Make any necessary changes.
  2. Click Update to save the changes to the record.

Deleting Lessons Learned​

If the user chooses to remove a Lesson Learned:

  1. Click the Delete Button located to the right of the Edit button
  2. A confirmation window will open, if the user wished to continue Click Ok. The Lesson Learned is now deleted from the record.
