Checklist

Investigator provides additional functionality that allows an administrator to set up Investigator Checklist items to determine whether or not any infractions to company principles or doctrine occurred that could have caused the Incident.

Checklist Example

Checklists can be created for a specific Incident Type in the Administration>Checklists>Investigator.

  1. Click the Checklist tab. The checklist is an answer driven checklist meaning based on the answer another question may be asked.

  2. If user is certain that no infraction occurred, the user can click the No Infraction Occurred box. If the User has answered some of the questions in the checklist and it is decided that no infractions occurred. Upon checking the box a confirmation window will open for the User to decide if the answers for the questions should be deleted.

  3. Answer the any questions that are relevant to the incident.

  4. Type any Comments that may be helpful with actions, recommendations, etc.

  5. Click Save

  6. Click Refresh. The refresh will allow any questions that have additional questions associated be displayed for the user.
