Attachments

Adding Attachments

The Attachments screen allows for a single location to hold all attachments related to the incident.

  1. Click the Attachments tab
  2. Type a descriptive title in the Attachment Name field
  3. Select either URL or File radio button
  4. URL – Type web address
Note

It is advised that the user do not put a space prior to the URL address as this will cause an error.

  1. File – Click Select Files and a browse window will open for the User to select desired document, spreadsheet, presentation, drawings, etc.
Note

The user cannot add shortcut links or folders. It must be one file at a time.

  1. Click Add
  2. Attachment Name, Location, and action will be displayed in the table below.
  3. Click Download to view the attached document or View to open the web page.

Edit Attachments

The User can edit attachments using the provided button.

  1. Click Edit
  2. User can only edit Attachment Name and URL
  3. Make desired changes
  4. Click Update

Delete Attachments

User can delete attachments using the provided button.

  1. To delete an attachment, click Delete

  2. Click OK on warning pop-up
