Attachments
Adding Attachments
The Attachments screen allows for a single location to hold all attachments related to the incident.
- Click the Attachments tab
- Type a descriptive title in the Attachment Name field
- Select either URL or File radio button
- URL – Type web address
Note
It is advised that the user do not put a space prior to the URL address as this will cause an error.
- File – Click Select Files and a browse window will open for the User to select desired document, spreadsheet, presentation, drawings, etc.
Note
The user cannot add shortcut links or folders. It must be one file at a time.
- Click Add
- Attachment Name, Location, and action will be displayed in the table below.
- Click Download to view the attached document or View to open the web page.
Edit Attachments
The User can edit attachments using the provided button.
- Click Edit
- User can only edit Attachment Name and URL
- Make desired changes
- Click Update
Delete Attachments
User can delete attachments using the provided button.

To delete an attachment, click Delete

Click OK on warning pop-up
