Project Definition

To complete the risk assessment the following tabs are available after the initial create new:

  • Team Members -This is where the user can assign team members and roles to the risk assessment.
  • Attachments - Documents, drawings, pictures and URL addresses can be added to the risk assessments using this tab.
  • Attendance - This tab allows the user to record team member's attendance. It allows the user to record each date the team meets, who attended and how long each attendee was present.
  • Record Links - This tab provides the user to add a related link. The related link does not remove the ability of the User to move forward and approve the Recommendation or MOC. If the record link is a Source link (required by), the user must complete the risk assessment prior to the ability to move past the approval phase in the Recommendation or MOC.
  • Areas - This tab allows the user to select the Methodologies to be used. Examples included HAZOP, Checklist, What If? and all scenarios or questions from each,
  • Local Items - Using this tab, the user can track local actions that are part of the risk assessment, but there is no need to track to closure.
  • Recommended Actions - This tab allows the user to created corrective actions associated to the risk assessment and exported to Resolution Tracker to monitor to completion.

In Record Options will display the following:

  • Save - This will save the record and any updates made
  • Delete Assessment - This will delete the assessment prior to sending for approval
  • Send for Approval - This will send the assessment for approval.
  • Export to Spreadsheet - This is for the areas and it will export the methodologies and any associated scenarios, etc. to a spreadsheet.

The Workflow will be in the Proposal phase.

Record Details will show the status as Draft.
