Attendance

To track attendance for the risk assessment, select Attendance from the tab to the left of the window. The Attendance window will open. Add Attendance dates, members and hours by the following steps:

  1. Using the graphical calendar in the Add Date (required), select a date.
  2. Click the Add button. The date will be added to the grid.
  3. Click on the date in the left column, the right column will display the members.

Edit Attendance

The only fields that can be edited in the Attendance tab will be the team member’s hours.

To edit the hours, please follows these steps:

  1. Click the Edit button to the right of the hour's column. The Edit button will be replaced with the Update and Cancel buttons.

  2. Type in the numeric value in the hour's field.

  3. Click Update, the hours will be updated in the grid.

Delete Attendance To delete an attendance item do the following:

Select the date to be deleted and click on the X to the right of the date. A confirmation message will be displayed. If the user wishes to click OK, otherwise click Cancel.
