Workflows

The standard work flow is still available but instead of being above the MOC record. It is now to the left.

Standard MOC consists of the following steps:

  1. Proposal
  2. Evaluation
  3. Approval
  4. Action
  5. PSSR Items
  6. Startup Approval
  7. Post Startup Action
  8. Closure Items

Standard REC consists of the following steps:

  1. Proposal
  2. Approval
  3. Action

The Origin can now be found on the Proposal Page of the work flow under the tab Record Links

Workflow Examples​

There are other workflows that can be configured based on the company's process. Here are a few examples of those workflows:

Evaluation REC Details work flow which includes:​

  1. Proposal
  2. Evaluation
  3. Approval - this can be either individual or committee
  4. Action

Double Check REC which could include:​

  1. Proposal
  2. Approval
  3. Action
  4. Final Approval

Implementation Only MOC Details which could include:​

  1. Proposal
  2. Action
  3. PSSR Items
  4. Startup Approval
  5. Post Startup Action
  6. Closure Items

The last three which were different from the standard MOC and REC work flow are suggestions. Speak with your Account Manager or Implementation Consultant to discuss custom work flows.
