Change Location of Tracker Record
There may be times that a user inadvertently creates a record at the wrong location. With proper permissions a user with the token Change_Record_Location
can move a record in Resolution Tracker to a different location from where it was initiated. This option is available until an Approval is given. After approval, the option to move the location of the record is no longer visible. To move a record after approval, the Approval step must be reopened. Any checklist, action data, and approval data associated with the original location is lost due to changing of default configuration and security.
When selected, the user will be presented with a pop-up window and a drop down, where they can select the new location.
