VisiumKMS 12.28.2 Release

12.28.2 includes resolutions to issues introduced in 12.28. This release brings stability to our version 12 application. Refer to the changelog for complete list of bugs addressed in this version.

In addition to resolving issues, our team has been working on some new functionality that prepares the solution for Version 14. Part of this adventure begins the work of changing the way checklists are administered. While there is no visible impact to everyday users in 12.28.2, Administrators will see some new Admin menus for Checklist Questionnaires, Checklist libraries and a new workflow configuration option for Proposal Checklists. This change introduces the concept of action libraries where actions can be defined and reused in multiple checklists. The new feature part of this update brings the option to have questions at the Proposal step. Customers can define proposal questions that are response driven to capture additional data, predefine actions, and even preselect categories for the record. The feature will be completed in the upcoming 12.28.3 release.
