12.28.4 introduces Proposal Checklists. These checklists automate the capture of compliance-related tasks at the start of the MOC proposal process. By answering a structured set of questions, users can trigger the appropriate tasks and MOC category which is applied to the MOC automatically.

This feature reduces manual effort, ensures consistency, and enforces compliance before a proposal is approved. Field technicians benefit from a simple, mobile-friendly interface, while compliance managers can configure questionnaires, assign reusable actions, and monitor responses through a visual, auditable workflow.

Integrated as a tab in the Proposal step, the checklists support location-based logic and workflow-specific rules. It provides a structured, efficient, and auditable approach to pre-MOC compliance, streamlining proposals and reducing risk.
